Principal-Led Design and Implementation Support
At the head of every Timber Drift project is Kris Krohn, owner and principal landscape architect. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed professional, Kris personally leads each project, from the initial site analysis and master planning through to custom landscape design, and when desired, construction-phase coordination.
Timber Drift operates as a specialized landscape architecture and consulting practice, providing homeowners with expert guidance in sustainable landscaping solutions and a consistent point of contact throughout the design and implementation process. By remaining involved as projects transition from plans to outdoor living areas, Kris can effectively communicate design intent, coordinate with contractors and other professionals, respond to field conditions, and offer valuable insights when decisions arise. The result is greater continuity between the original vision and the landscape that is ultimately built.
